About

Kultura Liberalna can be a strong partner in a Horizon Europe Cluster 2 project because:has experience in translating academic findings into accessible content for broader audiences; collaborates with researchers, intellectuals, and practitioners across Europe; participated in research and educational initiatives funded by the EU; effectively reaches wide audiences through publications, events, and digital media. Its greatest strength is not in conducting strictly academic research, but in: connecting research with public debate, communication, and societal impact — which is one of the key evaluation criteria in Horizon Europe.
We have experience in international grants, e.g.
1. PERSPECTIVES – One Europe, many stories (international media and research project; partners: editorial teams from Central and Eastern Europe; co-creation of transnational content; analysis of European societies; a model example of dissemination + co-creation + transnational collaboration
2. Polish-German project on the future of the EU (partner: Foundation for Polish-German Cooperation; bilingual publications; xpert debate on the future of Europe)
3. Rule of law projects (e.g. “PraworządźMY”) - analysis of democratic systems; expert communication to the public; competences in rule of law, governance, and civic education
