About

We are building a consortium for the Horizon Europe Cluster 2 call HORIZON-CL2-2026-01-HERITAGE-01, focusing on the role of arts and culture in addressing societal challenges.

The ECHO-LAB – Echoes of the Silk Road project aims to reposition traditional music heritage as a living European cultural asset, combining artistic co-creation, digital innovation, and cross-border collaboration .

The project focuses on:

  • artistic co-creation and new transnational music repertoires

  • cultural heritage valorisation and audience development

  • inclusion of women and young artists

  • digital archiving and open-access cultural content

  • sustainability and green practices in cultural production

  • strengthening intercultural dialogue across Europe

We are looking for partners such as:

  • cultural organisations, festivals, and opera houses

  • conservatories and music academies

  • research institutions in culture, arts, and social sciences

  • NGOs working on inclusion, youth, and gender equality

  • digital platforms for cultural content and archiving

Partners will contribute to:

  • co-creation labs and artistic residencies

  • live performances and international mobility

  • audience engagement and community-based activities

  • digital documentation and dissemination

  • long-term cultural cooperation models

The project is coordinated by a cultural organisation based in Türkiye and builds on a strong vision of connecting Europe and neighbouring regions through shared cultural heritage and artistic innovation.

We are particularly interested in partners with experience in music heritage, intercultural dialogue, audience development, and digital cultural platforms.

Let’s collaborate to transform cultural heritage into a dynamic, inclusive, and future-oriented European cultural ecosystem.
