About
We are building a consortium for the Horizon Europe Cluster 2 call HORIZON-CL2-2026-01-HERITAGE-01, focusing on the role of arts and culture in addressing societal challenges.
The ECHO-LAB – Echoes of the Silk Road project aims to reposition traditional music heritage as a living European cultural asset, combining artistic co-creation, digital innovation, and cross-border collaboration .
The project focuses on:

artistic co-creation and new transnational music repertoires

cultural heritage valorisation and audience development

inclusion of women and young artists
-
digital archiving and open-access cultural content
-
sustainability and green practices in cultural production
-
strengthening intercultural dialogue across Europe
We are looking for partners such as:

cultural organisations, festivals, and opera houses

conservatories and music academies
-
research institutions in culture, arts, and social sciences

NGOs working on inclusion, youth, and gender equality
-
digital platforms for cultural content and archiving
Partners will contribute to:

co-creation labs and artistic residencies

live performances and international mobility

audience engagement and community-based activities

digital documentation and dissemination

long-term cultural cooperation models
The project is coordinated by a cultural organisation based in Türkiye and builds on a strong vision of connecting Europe and neighbouring regions through shared cultural heritage and artistic innovation.
We are particularly interested in partners with experience in music heritage, intercultural dialogue, audience development, and digital cultural platforms.
