About
Georgian International University (GIU), represented by the Head of the Research Support Center, is actively preparing project concepts aligned with Horizon Europe Cluster 2 calls: DEMOCRACY-07, DEMOCRACY-09, DEMOCRACY-10, and TRANSFO-04. GIU’s priorities include advancing democratic resilience, citizenship education, cultural innovation, and research on the impact of digital tools on educational outcomes and mental health.
At the Net4Society Matchmaking Event in Paris (1–2 June 2026), GIU will participate as a task leader, presenting project ideas and engaging in bilateral meetings and pitch sessions. Our objectives are to expand international partnerships, strengthen institutional visibility, and contribute to interdisciplinary collaborations addressing pressing societal challenges.
GIU is committed to co-creating impactful proposals with European partners, fostering academic excellence, and promoting societal impact. We welcome collaboration with universities, research institutions, and organizations interested in the themes of Horizon Europe Cluster 2.
