About

Theough our Healthy Meal Project, funded by the ESF programme we provide targeted food assistance to vulnerable populations, addressing both immediate nutritional needs and systemic inequalities. By mapping food insecurity across diverse communities, we have developed a nuanced understanding of gaps in service provision, take-up rates, and the redistributive impact of food-related benefits on income distribution.

Our advocacy work is rooted in a intersectional approach, recognising how factors like age, socioeconomic status, and geographic location shape access to food resources. We actively engage vulnerable groups in designing and evaluating our programs, ensuring that our insights are both locally relevant and scalable. With a strong track record of translating research into actionable policy recommendations, Safe Food Advocacy Europe is poised to deliver evidence-based strategies that strengthen fairness, reduce inequality, and promote social cohesion. We are excited to bring our expertise in food and inclusion advocacy to this collaborative effort.
