Seeking partners. WOMEN GREEN AI – Building a Consortium for Women-Led Digital and Sustainable Innovation (Horizon Europe CL2)
Assistant professor at Paris school of business
Paris, France
About
WOMEN GREEN AI aims to build a European consortium addressing gender inequalities in the digital and sustainable transition by empowering women entrepreneurs to leverage artificial intelligence and digital technologies for positive societal and environmental impact.
Aligned with Horizon Europe Cluster 2 priorities and Sustainable Development Goal 5 (gender equality), the project focuses on supporting women-led innovation across sectors such as health, education, architecture, and energy. It seeks to enhance women’s participation in the digital economy and promote their access to leadership roles in a rapidly evolving technological landscape. The project will combine research and innovation activities, including large-scale data collection across European countries, cross-country comparative analysis, and stakeholder engagement. A key component is the ethical use of AI, with a particular focus on identifying and mitigating technological biases that may reinforce gender inequalities. The project aims to generate evidence-based insights on the barriers and opportunities faced by women entrepreneurs in tech, while co-developing policy and practical recommendations to foster a more inclusive and sustainable innovation ecosystem in Europe. We are currently looking to build a multidisciplinary and transnational consortium including research institutions, universities, innovation hubs, NGOs, and industry partners committed to gender equality, digital transformation, and sustainabily. I bring strong expertise at the intersection of entrepreneurship, sustainability, and gender studies, with a particular focus on women entrepreneurship and sustainable innovation. As an Assistant Professor and Program Director in Sustainability & CSR, I have extensive experience in project coordination, and multi-stakeholder collaboration.
My research background includes publications in internationally ranked journals on topics such as women’s entrepreneurial intention, green entrepreneurship, and digital incubation. I have also contributed to European-level research projects focusing on women entrepreneurship in the health sector.
