With over 15 years of experience and participation in 50+ EU research projects, Timelex brings a strong track record in embedding legal and ethical requirements into innovative research and technology development.
We are looking to join a consortium under Horizon Europe Cluster 2 as a legal and ethics partner, contributing directly to work packages.
Our core expertise includes:

Data protection & governance (GDPR, DMPs, DPIAs, data sharing frameworks)

AI and regulatory compliance (AI Act, Data Act, NIS2, cybersecurity frameworks)

Ethics compliance and ethical assessments (including informed consent and monitoring)

Intellectual property and exploitation strategies

Legal and contractual support (MoUs, NDAs, collaboration agreements)

Comparative legal and policy analysis across EU Member States
