A key role of DASATO is to build and manage the European network of incubators and partners—aligning methodologies, facilitating cross-border collaboration, and creating opportunities for teams to work on international challenges. At the same time, DASATO serves as a bridge between young people and the private sector, translating real business needs into meaningful project experiences.

DASATO also leads the mentoring and development framework, engaging top European experts and ensuring that young talents receive the guidance needed to move from ideas to implementation.

Beyond coordination, DASATO ensures quality, impact, and scalability—setting standards, measuring outcomes, and continuously improving the model to create long-term systemic change.
