I am Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sedat Baştuğ, a researcher at Bandırma Onyedi Eylül University (BANÜ), Turkey, located in Bandırma — a strategically important port city on the Sea of Marmara. I am actively seeking an established consortium to join as a partner within the framework of Horizon Europe Cluster 2 — 2026 calls.

• Port management and port-community relations

• Supply chain management and sustainable logistics

• Green transformation and decarbonization in maritime transport

• Digital transformation in maritime and logistics sectors

• Blue economy and coastal/maritime sustainability

Potential contributions per destination:

• Democracy & Governance: Maritime and port governance models, participatory governance in coastal communities, policy analysis in maritime transport regulation

• Cultural Heritage & Creative Industries: Maritime cultural heritage, port city identity, and blue cultural economy. I am currently an active member of COST Action PACT — Port Cities, contributing to European research on the cultural, social, and spatial transformation of port cities and their heritage.

• Social & Economic Transformations: Blue economy transitions, socio-economic impacts of shipping decarbonization, green and digital transformation of maritime supply chains, sustainable port development
