Digital Transformation for Inclusive and Participatory Societies

I am an academic researcher specialising in digital transformation, digital inclusion, and civic engagement, with a strong focus on future-proofing society and the workplace. My work explores how digital technologies can support more inclusive, participatory, and resilient communities, particularly in the context of social innovation and public value creation.

I bring extensive experience in Horizon Europe as an expert evaluator, along with a strong track record in interdisciplinary research, stakeholder engagement, and project leadership. My research spans digital innovation, hybrid work, AI adoption, and inclusion, with active involvement in European initiatives focused on civic participation and digital society.

I am currently seeking to join or form consortia for Cluster 2 (Culture, Creativity and Inclusive Society) calls, particularly in areas related to digital social inclusion, civic engagement, democracy, and community empowerment.
