TrailAI is a micro-SME with expertise in developing and implementing end-to-end information systems in the form of web applications. Our main product leverages generative AI and is currently tailored for HR departments that need to ingest their organisation policies into an AI assistant providing assistance to employees. The product can be adapted and used in diverse domains. Our team has both academic and industrial backgrounds in machine learning, artificial intelligence and software engineering. We are keen to join a consortium for EU Cluster 4 calls as a reliable data-integration as well as an implementation partner for software solutions, supporting the research partners in converting their findings into a working AI tool for their pilots.

How We Add Value to a Consortium:

• Technical Execution: We specialize in platform design, end-to-end data collection and annotation, and the distributed fine-tuning of Large Language Models (LLMs) on project-specific datasets.

• Proposal Preparation: Beyond software implementation, our team brings continuous, hands-on experience (2014–present) in writing competitive H2020 and Horizon Europe proposals. We actively support coordinators by co-authoring demanding sections, specifically Chapter 2 (Impact) and Chapter 3 (Implementation).
