The Hive Bureau is a collective of experts in European funding, innovation and communication, supporting organisations across the full lifecycle of EU-funded projects, from strategic design and proposal development to project management, reporting, dissemination and exploitation.

With a strong focus on DECO for EU projects, institutional relations and capacity building, it ensures that innovation strategies are not only funded, but effectively implemented, communicated and sustained over time. From strategy to storytelling, engagement to reporting, we focus on narrative clarity, stakeholder engagement, and building credible pathways for exploitation beyond the project’s end.

A core part of our expertise lies in institutional relations and targeted networking, designing and nurturing innovation ecosystems, bringing partners together and organising strategic events that amplify visibility and support engagement.

We also support skill transfer through training and capacity building, help teams co-design internal processes, and empower organisations to communicate funding opportunities and strategic objectives in a clearer way.
