About

A strategic (service) design agency that solves society's toughest challenges. We have also a spin-off solution for an eco-friendly, mobile, and self-sufficient housing unit.

We are a design agency with an excellent understanding of NEB's values and operating principles. Our areas of expertise include service design, strategic development, participatory design and communication.

Specifically, we support a consortium in areas such as:

- Strong stakeholder integration, particularly between public authorities and businesses in regional transformation contexts

- Leadership and facilitation of participatory design, co-creation, and agile development processes

- Facilitating and orchestrating pilots, testing environments and demonstrations in Arctic conditions

- Consortium-wide integration of user-centred and participatory methodologies, including communication, leadership and implementation.

- Facilitation and training in circular economy and circular design processes.

- Experience in building and operationalising Living Lab environments.

- Strong interest in and competence in policy redesign and governance innovation.

- Development and productisation of new customer-centric business models, including structuring exploitation pathways.

In addition to our core business, we have developed a concept for the ecological and mobile home of the future, which produces its own energy and cleans its own waste. The target group is primarily workers suffering from housing shortages. We have built a 1:1 prototype that works in Arctic conditions and are now looking for partners to test and further develop it in a real operating environment.
