CAP Construction

CAP Construction is the official construction cluster of Wallonia (Belgium). As a collaborative platform and center of expertise, we support the sustainable and digital transformation of the construction sector by fostering innovation, cross-sector collaboration, and knowledge sharing.

We bring together actors from across the entire construction value chain, including:

• Construction and renovation companies (general contractors, SMEs, large firms),

• Architects and engineering offices,

• Manufacturers and suppliers of building materials,

• Technology and digital solution providers (BIM, ERP, IoT, etc.),

• Demolition and deconstruction companies,

• Project developers and real estate stakeholders,

• Facility managers and building owners,

• Professional federations and public authorities involved in sustainability, urban planning, and territorial development.

Our mission is to help the sector transition toward a more sustainable, circular, innovative, and competitive model, by:

• Facilitating cross-border and European project development,

• Promoting best practices in circular construction, low-carbon design, and digitalisation (BIM, collaborative platforms, smart tools),

With its dual anchoring in industry and academia, CAP Construction serves as a bridge between policy, innovation, and field implementation, helping to accelerate impactful transformation across Wallonia and the wider Euregio Meuse-Rhine.
