STRATAGEM provides insightful, timely and focused research on Innovative solutions along with Business services. STRATAGEM is comprised by an expert team of high qualified Researchers, Communication and Innovation Managers focusing to provide and offer first class R&D&I services divided in 4 departments. 1- Sustainability Impact Assessment Department: STRATAGEM offers Sustainability Impact Assessment (Including Environmental (LCA - Life Cycle Analysis), Economic ( LCC - Life Cycle Cost Analysis), Social LCA etc), Sustainability, Circular Economy and Environmental services. 2 - Innovation Management Department: STRATAGEM provides a holistic approach in Innovation management, with an exclusive team based on exploitation strategies for research results and innovative products, developing Innovative Business Models, Business Plans, Go-To-Market Strategies, Commercialization Plans, Marketing plans, leading IP & IPR Management and Standardisation . , 3- Dissemination/Communication Department: STRATAGEM has great experience Leading Dissemination and Communication activities in EU funded projects, including also Community & Stakeholder Engagement, Community Building, Clustering and developing all relevant materials (Website, Leaflets, Posters , Videos, designs etc) maximising the Impact of a HORIZON project. 4 - Social Sciences & Humanities Department: Addressing SSH aspects of technologies/tools/methodologies. STRATAGEM also offers services targeting technology transfer, business development, project coordination and implementation services. Finally, STRATAGEM is seeking innovation excellence in Technological and Research aspects, developing new ideas and concepts on various sectors. We are in close collaboration with various institutions spread all over Europe, having already an established & growing High Quality Network of Research Centers, Universities, Municipalities, Associations, Authorities, critical Infrastructure and Industrial entities and Innovative SMEs, securing funding from National, European and private funds, having already participated in more than 30 EU (H2020, Interreg etc) and National Funded research and innovation projects, and implementing at the current period 15 Horizon EUROPE project (including 3 projects on Buildings, 2 projects on Mobility, 2 on Energy and 1 on Climate and having implemented already 2 CIVITAS projects). STRATAGEM can assist also in Consortium building suggesting pilots sites and end users.
