• supporting the exchange of knowledge, skills, and inspiration across territories;

All activities are aligned with the EU cross-cutting priorities: inclusion, gender equality, digital and green transitions, social innovation, youth participation, and international cooperation.
Communication is used to inform, engage, and inspire, primarily through LinkedIn, in order to:

• share the organisational journey with transparency;

• build community and dialogue on relevant European issues;

• disseminate good practices and results with a global outlook.

6. European Observatory on Transformative Female Leadership

Horizon Malaga hosts a transnational think tank and action-lab on transformative female leadership, conceived as a force for institutional, social, and cultural change (horizonmalagasl.eu).

The Observatory develops:

• Comparative research and policy innovation, with recommendations for EU and national institutions.

• Analysis of female entrepreneurship and its role in economic and governance transformation.

• Intergenerational mentoring and communities of practice between emerging and senior leaders.

• Educational programmes, summer schools, co-design labs, and incubators of inclusive practices.

• Public events, annual forums, high-level dialogues, and cultural campaigns to renew female leadership paradigms.
