CTA’s expertise in collaborative innovation and multi‑actor co‑creation is especially relevant to the call’s emphasis on social acceptance, regulatory feasibility and participatory design processes for rooftop extensions, green infrastructures and multifunctional vertical structures. Additionally, CTA’s capacities in market penetration, technology transfer, and SME acceleration support the development and deployment of circular, economically viable solutions that increase housing availability and integrate green spaces. Their strengths in impact maximisation, including capacity building and policy roadmap development, align with the call’s requirement to assess lifecycle environmental, social and economic impacts.
