We aim to address the following challenges

1. Housing shortages

2. Aging, energy-inefficient buildings

3. Climate adaptation imperatives

4. Inequality and gentrification

   By developing, testing, and co-designing an approach for easier access to the housing market and significantly decreasing the time needed to implement redevelopment rights. We are building on an inclusive transdisciplinary approach with citizens at the core. We are currently two partners (research and private) with a test environment in Brussels. We are searching for partners familiar with digital twin platforms and expertise in (urban) development rights, or partners who have access to case studies in specific geographic environments (rural, touristic, areas in need of retrofitting, gentrificated areas, depopulated areas).
