About

As one of Belgium's largest cities, Antwerp is actively investing in integrated and area-based approaches that connect urban development, social inclusion, housing, health, climate resilience, public space, community development and neighbourhood transformation.   • expertise in urban regeneration, social inclusion, citizen engagement, housing, well-being, climate adaptation and public space development;

  • strong partnerships between local authorities, knowledge institutions, civil society organisations, housing actors, healthcare providers and private stakeholders;

  • experience with co-creation, participatory governance and community-led neighbourhood transformation;

  • access to local stakeholders, practitioners and end-users for piloting, testing, validation and evaluation;

  • experience in European cooperation and the implementation of innovative urban projects.
