Maltepe Municipality has taken part in various EU-funded projects, particularly in the fields of social inclusion, gender equality, and tactical urbanism.

Through EU-Funded projects such as the BUDGET-IT project on gender-responsive budgeting and its involvement in Horizon Europe programmes, Maltepe Municipality collaborates with international partners to develop evidence-based policies and share best practices.
