Nordic-African Business Summit - B2B Meetings

All delegates participating in the Nordic-African Business Summit will have the opportunity to schedule up to 10 bilateral meetings with other delegates. These meetings will take place in person at the Grand Hotel on October 9th, between 11:30 AM and 4:30 PM. Each meeting will last 15 minutes, with a 5-minute break between sessions. The room capacity allows for up to 10 delegates to participate in each meeting.

Please note: To access the platform you will need to use the personal invitation link provided by NABA.

How to proceed:

1. Create your profile
   Please complete your profile with detailed and relevant information to help other delegates understand your interests and objectives. Mark your availability in the time slots provided, which will be visible when other delegates request meetings with you. To edit your profile later, go to 'Dashboard' in the top menu and click 'Go to my profile'.

2. Browse the list of delegates
   The full delegation list will be sent out 2 weeks prior to the Summit, and once delegates create their online profile, they will be visible in the platform and can send meeting requests to each other.

3. Send and receive meeting requests
   To book a meeting, navigate to the 'Delegate List' in the top menu, click the '+' icon next to the desired delegate, select a time slot, enter the meeting topic, and send the request. Once a request is accepted by the other party, it will be added to both of your calendars automatically. You may book up to a total of 6 meetings.

4. Attend your scheduled meetings
   All meetings will take place in person at the Grand Hotel in the room Speilen. Please get familiar with your meeting calendar prior to the Summit, and align it with other program elements you want to take part in (see "Program Agenda" in the top navigation menu).

   We advise you to download the “b2match” app on your phone ahead of the Summit, which will provide you with an overview of your scheduled meetings.
