ANALISIS-DSC is a Spanish SME engineering services company, we have more than 220 projects developed and more than 160 customers so far. We are located in Madrid, we can provide: • Basic Engineering. • Failure Engineering. • Analysis and Optimization of Industrial Processes. • Scale up/Scale down Industrial Processes. • Ventilation Analysis and Optimization (HVAC and Fire Safety). To provide those analysis, we use different CAE software tools: Computational fluid Dynamic (CFD), mechanical-structural (FEA) and granular flows (DEM) to analyze fluid, mechanical, and granular flows including coupled phenomena as heat transfer, chemical reactions, turbulence, etc. We develop digital twins and we have done it for several European projects already. We have experience in H2020/HE projects. We already finished a SPIRE project (IbD, process intensification) and 3 other H2020 projects: one related to detergents customization with Procter & Gamble as industrial partner (DIY4U), another one related to biorrefineries (BIOSPRINT), another about nanotechnologies (nanoPAT). We are partners in one H2020 projects related to solar thermal energy (ASTEP). Additionally, we are currently working in 5 Horizon Europe projects, SUSHEAT related to heat pumps, DIVINE about sharing agricultural data, EXCEED about lithium recovery, FUELGAE about biorrefining (fuel from algae), STARHAUSE about tailor made manufacturing (FoF). We have been awarded in two cascade funding projects. We are interested in participating in more european projects as partners.
