Bio-stimulant for agricultural technologies - “ProtoHumiX®” (Humic acid complex)

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen!

Supporting the strategic course on the development of agriculture and the introduction of the latest agricultural technologies possible in your country, we, as right-holders of new technology WO2015/163785, would like to inform that after having conducted a complete international patent examination, the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO, Geneva, Swiss Confederation) published the international Invention: “A method of comprehensive conversion of brown coals into humic fertilizers and to fuel briquettes, and the mechanochemical reactor of high viscosity media reprocessing” (number of International Publication WO2015/163785).

Currently, right-holders of technology obtained patent certificates from Australia, State Israel, USA, European Patent Office (covers all 38 European countries), Eurasian Patent Organization , Japan and Nigeria. The process of granting patents in Canada, India, South Korea, Vietnam and Indonesia is pending.

“ProtoHumiX®” (European trademark – EUТМ No. 017182429,).significantly different from other humic acids bio-stimulants produced in the World. The differences are the following:

1)The highest degree of purification (complete absence of harmful impurities in extract),makes possible to use the bio-stimulant “ProtoHumiX®” not only in the field of organicand conventional farming, animal husbandry, poultry farming, fish farming 2)The concentration of free, active and water-soluble humic acids in any produced extract(including fulvic, hematomelanic and ulminic amino-acids) is at the level ofconcentration of the extract (it means that in 10% concentrate it is about 10% of free,active and water-soluble fractions); Bio-stimulant of humic-fulvic type, calls“ProtoHumiX®”, is very pure, water-soluble and does not block nozzles of water-spraying agricultural machines; 3)The process of “ProtoHumiX®” production, as well as the technological equipment, areboth have patent protections in all mentioned countries; Regardless of the territoriality ofproduction, a bio-stimulant “ProtoHumiX®” is produced within one and unique solo-technology and under a single Pan-European Brand, calls – “ProtoHumiX®”; 4)Due to patented mechano-activation process, the cost of production of organic bio-stimulant “ProtoHumiX®” is several times lower to compare with the cost ofproduction of other stimulants of humic types, however, the quality of “ProtoHumiX®”is several times higher to compare with other products; 5)Special technological process allows production of artificial soils to make agriculturepossible in deserts and at the territories with poor and non-fertile soils. Basically, when applied in organic and conventional farming, the pure humic acids accelerate the process of detoxification and renovation of agricultural lands, increase soil fertility, stimulate the growth and ecological development of plants, and also enable getting additional yields of agricultural products of high quality. In addition, the process of using organic-mineral compositions (a mixture of pure humic acids and mineral fertilizers) in agriculture can reduce the usual amount of fertilizers applied per 1 ha (up to 25%) and, thus, reduce their negative impact on the environment.

A qualitative analysis of the indexes of the organic bio-stimulant “ProtoHumiX®” has been carried out by the American specialized laboratory “Thornthon Laboratories Testing & Inspection Services” (Tampa, Florida, USA). In addition, special permits and decisions on the advisability of using “ProtoHumiX®” in organic agriculture, as well as a useful additive for plants and farm animals, have been issued and recommended by the Austrian National Institute of Organic Agriculture and the Hungarian National Laboratory. At the same time, as advised by the Austrian national certification authority “Agentur Ritt” (Amstetten, Austria), the organic bio-stimulant “ProtoHumiX®” was listed in the “INFOXGEN®” – European bio-catalog. Moreover, in accordance with the Official Conclusion of the Sanitary and Epidemiological Service of Ukraine, the “ProtoHumiX®” was successfully certified by the Ukrainian State Food Safety and Consumer Protection Agency, as the dietary supplement useful for human consumption (Annex No. 5).

During field trials, using just up to 3-4 liters per 1 ha, “ProtoHumiX®” demonstrated an increase in the yield of corn (up to 100%), wheat (up to 51%), potatoes (up to 44%), triticale (up to 19%), hemp (up to 12%) and others. Additional income of farmers in connection with the use of “ProtoHumiX®” ranged from 149.00 Euro per 1 ha (when used with mineral fertilizers) and to 18.000.00 Euro per 1 ha (pure organic).
