Our research group has an outstanding research program in wine science and technology.
We are very strong in wine chemistry and at the moment we are working in several areas related to wine technology such as the development of a Smartwinery, the optimization of the use of high power ultrasound in wineries, the development of new fining agents for wine clarification and elimination of contaminants and also, we have been working in different techniques for the mitigation of the effects of climate change in viticulture an enology
