Culinary Action! is a gastronomic entrepreneurship program that promotes innovation and new business development in food and gastronomy. It brings together entrepreneurs, students, companies, industry, and society in one space to generate real socio-economic impact in the gastronomy sector. The initiative drives disruptive innovation by promoting startups and sustainable projects that are challenging the food system, including foodtech, restech, and agrotech.
