Requirements Engineering

Assistant Professor at Utrecht University

About

I study how software stakeholder needs can be elicited, represented, and processed more effectively and increasingly, how AI can support each of these activities. My recent work spans LLM-based requirements classification and extraction, NLP-driven navigation of issue tracking systems, AI-powered elicitation training tools (including robotic tutors), and creativity-driven elicitation techniques. I have a strong track record of empirical and design-science studies in the RE field. I am open to doctoral collaborations on AI-supported RE, requirements quality, and tool design.
