Proposals for the effective application of GenAI in University Education
Lecturer at Munster Technological University
Cork, Ireland
About
GenAI has brought disruption in pedagogy (e.g. flipping Bloom's taxonomy) and this is not a trend that will disappear. There is room and need for new pedagogical approaches that enable the beneficial usage of GenAI.
I have a computer science background but looking for other disciplines to research solutions that apply broadly with emphasis on new methods of assessment (pretty common these days for code and essays to have strong AI elements) and the definition of best practices that drive GenAI usage rather that regulations that pointlessly restrict its application
