About

I am currently a Project Associate at CSIR–Central Building Research Institute (CSIR-CBRI), India, where my research focuses on bacterial self-healing concrete and non-destructive evaluation of reinforced concrete structures.

My expertise includes bacterial self-healing concrete, low-carbon concrete, supplementary cementitious materials (SCMs), geopolymer concrete, durability assessment, corrosion monitoring, and advanced non-destructive testing techniques such as ultrasonic testing and CT scanning. My current research investigates crack healing and corrosion mitigation in reinforced concrete using bacterial self-healing systems, with monitoring through ultrasound and CT scanning.

I have practical experience in experimental design, material characterization, durability evaluation, and scientific writing. I have authored one peer-reviewed journal article and two conference publications. I am interested in collaborating with researchers working on sustainable construction materials, advanced concrete technologies, structural durability, and infrastructure monitoring.
