Sustainable Cementitious Materials, AI & Computational Structural Modelling
Senior Postdoctoral Researcher at Riga Technical University
Riga, Latvia, Latvia
About
I offer expertise spanning experimental, numerical, and analytical research in sustainable construction materials and structural engineering. My work includes sustainable cementitious materials, recycled and bio-based materials, FRP/FRC composites, structural analysis, seismic assessment and retrofit, fracture mechanics, computational mechanics, nonlinear finite element modelling, structural health monitoring, digital twins, machine learning, and life cycle assessment.
I have extensive experience in Horizon Europe and international research projects involving experimental characterization, numerical modelling, AI-assisted engineering, and the development of resilient, low-carbon infrastructure. I welcome collaboration with universities, research institutes, SMEs, and industry partners on MSCA Doctoral Networks and Horizon Europe proposals.
