TicBiomed is a Spanish non-profit organisation specialised in maximising the impact, exploitation and sustainability of health and life-science R&I projects, with a strong track record in Horizon Europe.

We support consortia by designing and implementing robust communication, dissemination and exploitation strategies that go beyond compliance and focus on real-world uptake, scale-up and long-term value creation for patients, healthcare systems and society. We can also contribute to policy advocacy.

Our core expertise includes:

• Impact-driven exploitation planning (from early-stage R&I to deployment and scale-up), aligned with EU Missions logic, Europe’s Beating Cancer Plan and policy priorities.

• Stakeholder engagement and co-creation, including patients, clinicians, health authorities, industry and innovation ecosystems.

• Strategic communication and dissemination, tailored to diverse audiences (scientific, policy, healthcare professionals, citizens), with a strong focus on accessibility and societal relevance.

• Sustainability and post-project legacy, supporting pathways towards market uptake, policy uptake, replication and integration into healthcare systems.

TicBiomed has extensive experience working with multidisciplinary and multi-country consortia, ensuring alignment between scientific excellence and measurable impact, particularly in complex areas such as cancer prevention, diagnosis, treatment, quality of life and health system transformation.

We are interested in joining Cancer Mission proposals where exploitation, impact, stakeholder engagement and societal uptake are central to the project ambition, acting as a reliable partner throughout the full project lifecycle.
