Luzzart – Syncretic Agency APS is a Social Promotion Association born in 2012 and specializes in change and project management in Cultural and Tourism, Art, Biodiversity, Permaculture, Natural Farming, Community building, Child Protection, Livelihood, Women Empowerment, Business Process Improvement, leading projects with a bottom-up approach through the involvement of the various actors, for public and private realities.
Thanks to our dynamic professional and academic backgrounds, we can coordinate projects with a holistic, and creative approach, taking care of the entire end-to-end process phases: relationship with donors and partners, beneficiaries’ needs assessment, recruitment and building of the team working, project framework design, activity and budget planning, project implementation, monitoring, evaluation, training, and dissemination results.
In our vision, all human beings are connected. We believe in syncretism, the concept that people can work together to achieve common goals. For this reason, we lead paths for individual empowerment, supporting people in achieving greater awareness of their abilities and desires, and guiding them towards the change they deserve.
We designed and managed more than 150 cultural projects, often obtaining patronage from UNESCO and the Puglia Region, including:
• Several art installations to promote rural and urban local habitats, in partnership with the artist Bernardo Palazzo and in cooperation with local farmers, generating an increase in visitors and thousands of visualizations on Instagram, 3 of which were finalists at the international Prize Compasso d’Oro 2021 and 2024, and 1 was a finalist at the international Arte Laguna Prize 2021 of Venice:
