Ararat Quantum Solutions

AQS is an innovation-driven startup developing advanced radio-frequency (RF) time-resolved detection technology for time-critical analytical instruments. Our flagship detector delivers 10 picosecond (ps) time resolution, 0.2–0.25 ps/hour stability, RF synchronization, and MHz counting rates, operating at room temperature. This performance directly addresses key limitations in precision timing and measurement systems where ultra-fast, stable detection is required.

AQS operates with teams in both the United States and Armenia. We are currently building our first commercial prototypes in collaboration with a leading European photonics company. Our technology is protected through a granted patent in Armenia, with a corresponding patent application pending in the US.
