The company focuses on urban regeneration, resilient and climate-ready cities, climate action, culture, and smart rural development, addressing key priorities of EU territorial, green and social transition policies.
Projectiff has extensive experience as project initiator, proposal developer and lead coordinator. As the main coordinator, it currently leads several transnational cooperation projects, including InterRevita, INSPIRE, NITIES, More than a Village, and Central Mountains. In most of these initiatives, Projectiff was responsible for shaping the project concept, building the international partnership, and drafting the full proposal.

In addition, Projectiff contributes to projects closely linked to climate change resilience and urban challenges, supporting Polish partners in the implementation of initiatives such as INACO and SAGA.
All projects are delivered through diverse, multi-level partnerships involving local and regional authorities, public institutions and thematic experts, providing real-life testing environments for piloting and validating innovative approaches and solutions.
Building on this solid coordination and implementation experience, Projectiff is keen to further engage in Horizon Europe projects together with international partners, contributing its expertise in project development, partnership building and the delivery of impactful, practice-oriented solutions.
