FILLEA CGIL

The Italian Federation of wood and construction workers and of workers of related industries and extractive industries (Fillea) organises and represents the individual and collective rights of workers in construction, as well as in wood and furniture industries and in the production of construction materials.

Its main goals are the fight against exploitation, gang mastering and unsafe working conditions, and the promotion of adequate wages, professional development, and equal opportunities at work.

Fillea is affiliated at national level to CGIL and is active throughout Italy through regional and territorial seats.. Fillea is member of the EFBWW and of BWI at European and international level
