KaruSphère has internationally recognised expertise in the monitoring and analysis of Saharan dust transport and its impacts on air quality, climate, ecosystems and human health in the Caribbean and other tropical regions.
Our work integrates ground-based measurements, satellite data and advanced statistical methods to characterise dust events, exposure levels and associated risks. We seek partners interested in climate-health interactions, atmospheric processes, early warning systems and adaptation solutions for island and coastal territories exposed to long-range aerosol transport.
