About
We are open to coordinating or being a partner of a consortium to advance MODASYS (Model for Decision-making in Agri-Environmental Systems), an integrated agricultural systems model, with a strong focus on soils and land health. We intend to develop dedicated modules for Soil and Land Health Indices, and if feasible, optimise/improve sustainability indicators and biodiversity assessment, embedded within a climate change mitigation and adaptation framework.
We aim to support evidence-based decision-making for resilient and sustainable land management by linking biophysical processes, ecosystem services, and policy-relevant indicators. Outcomes will enhance the capacity of MODASYS to evaluate management practices, support climate-smart agriculture, and inform agri-environmental strategies at farm, regional, and policy levels.
