IPO de Lisboa is dedicated to improving the quality of life for older cancer patients through innovative, patient-centered solutions. As part of Horizon Europe’s cancer mission, we aim to address physical, psychological, and social challenges faced by elderly patients during and after treatment. We are seeking to join a consortium that tackles strategies and technologies that ensure better care, comfort, and dignity for this vulnerable population.

IPO de Lisboa offers:

  • Clinical Expertise in Geriatric Oncology: Deep understanding of older patients’ needs and treatment complexities.

  • Access to Patient Data & Real-World Evidence: For designing and validating interventions.

  • Multidisciplinary Care Teams: Integrating oncology, psychology, nutrition, and rehabilitation.

  • Innovative Concept: A potential idea focused on personalized care pathways and digital tools to monitor and support older patients’ well-being.
