Gubana Heritage Hands-on Experience

The experience begins with an introduction to the history of Gubana, one of Friuli Venezia Giulia’s most iconic traditional desserts, and the story of the Dorbolò family, which has been producing it for generations.

Guests will enjoy a live demonstration of the Gubana shaping process, the most distinctive stage in the creation of this traditional cake. Our staff will explain the techniques, ingredients, and craftsmanship behind this iconic specialty. The visit concludes with a tasting of selected Dorbolò specialties, offering guests the opportunity to experience the authentic flavors of the territory.

After the tasting, visitors will have time to browse and shop in our boutique, where they can purchase our artisan products and local specialties.
