PARMIGIANO REGGIANO GUIDED TOUR

The guided tour will meet the interest of everyone, from families up to food lovers. As the whole tour takes place on the ground floor, it is accessible to everybody, following the hygiene and environmental guidelines. This way, whoever decides to visit us, will enter our Parmigiano Reggiano paradise, where thousands and thousands of wheels will submerge you.

A guided tour at 4 Madonne Caseificio dell’Emilia lasts approx. 1 hour; it starts with a brief historical introduction, followed by the visit to the production plant where you will see all the different phases of the production, up to the stocking and aging department. The visit takes place only on the ground floor so it is completely wheelchair accessible.

At the end of the tour, you will be offered a tasting composed by different aging of Parmigiano Reggiano D.O.P. and other local products
