About
We offer the opportunity to visit the factory where we have been producing our artisanal ham for over 120 years. The guided tour consists of a detailed explanation of all the processes, from the first phase, in which the legs are left under salt, passing through the resting rooms, up to the final seasoning in which the hams age thanks to the particular microclimate of San Daniele.
At the end of the tour, guests will find theirselves in our Historic Osteria where they can taste our Ham, together with typical Friulian cheeses and delicate sweet and sour vegetables.
The approximate duration of the tour is 30/40 minutes and will be carried out free of charge. The only cost is the final tasting, which is valuable as a full meal.
