A hands-on cheesemaking session at Masseria Petru — a 100% certified organic farm in Santeramo in Colle (BA), run by the Giampetruzzi family for five generations.

Format adapts to group size:

  1. - Small groups (2–4 guests): visit a real local dairy farm — a working operation, not a showcase. Guests see the full process in its authentic environment and participate directly.

  2. - Larger groups (5–10 guests): a master cheesemaker (casaro) comes to the masseria. Guests make mozzarella, burrata and ricotta on-site.
