Under its flagship brand Pizzicata, Good in Food produces a full range of Roman pinsa bases – including classic, gluten-free and snack formats – available in fresh, frozen and ambient versions, designed to meet the needs of both local and international markets.The company works closely with its production unit PRANA S.r.l., and directly manages all commercial, distribution and consulting activities. It also runs the Good in Food Academy, a training hub for pizza makers, bartenders and hospitality professionals.
