I am Stefano Banfi, an artisan winemaker since 2013 on the hills near Voghera, near Piedmont. I personally produce grapes, transform them into wine, bottle them (FIVI) and accompany them to the consumer interested in a quality product, respectful of the environment and our health. The grapes are those coming from old vineyards therefore typical of this area grown according to the organic specification, certified for some years now. The wines are produced leaving ample space for nature and time giving life to products different from those more representative of this territory, the fermentations are spontaneous through the yeasts naturally present on the grape skin, the use of chemical products is absent or reduced to a minimum (sulphites). Often the wines are not filtered and are clarified simply by decanting allowing us to offer whole, sincere and clean wines. The sparkling wines are produced according to the Ancestral Method.
