I began my career as Chief Administrative Officer at a prestigious company listed on the New York Stock Exchange, where I gained extensive experience in financial and operational management within large international organizations. Later, I transitioned to the role of Sales Manager for one of the largest mills in Italy, where I further developed my expertise in the food industry and built strategic market skills in raw materials. At 40, driven by a clear and innovative vision, I decided to embark on an entrepreneurial path, becoming *co-founder and owner of the brand CiaoCarb*.
