Our story begins in 1931, in a land immersed in the silence of nature and surrounded by olive trees that develop their quality thanks to the unique microclimate of the area. Today, Francesco Cillo is considered ourselves the representative image of a perfectly balanced and unspoiled land, the fascinating demonstration of a place unchanged by time. OUR DEDICATION TO SUSTAINABILITY We are advocates of the present for the future! We use innovative extraction methods and maintain careful control over the production process. We employ renewable energy throughout the entire production process, fostering sustainable development and contributing to the protection of the planet. PHILOSOPHY AND BELIEFS Our philosophy is based on two principles: the respect for the natural beauty of places and the fact that we belong to a deeply rooted culture. We preserve the genetic diversity of the cultivars and the heritage of knowledge of the traditions to which their use and conservation are inextricably linked.
