The happy exposure to the sun combined with the traditional production techniques of organic cultivation, based on the use of organic fertilizers and without any use of pesticides, allow our 4000 plants to produce healthy and superior quality olives from which an Extra Virgin Olive Oil of “Athena” organic olive with characteristics of absolute genuineness and purity.

The orange marmalades in various flavors of chocolate, ginger, walnuts and cinnamon, mandarin and cinnamon marmalade and cane sugar and the extra prickly pear jam, are an explosion of colors and taste that recalls the manufacturing tradition of a time.
