Inline vision & weld system

Experience our newest technologies in the compact, stand-alone Inline Vision & Weld System. The perfect complement to your high speed stamping line, the Mechanical Vision and cutting-weld unit is connected between the automatic punching press and rewinder and automatically recognises n.i.o. contacts during production, joining the carrier strip splice-free and without stopping the stamping press. The process must be separated by an external loop and is monitored by a laser distance sensor.
