OPERA aims to bring clinical and organ preservation data into a structured environment, supporting continuity of information, research and the evaluation of outcomes.

The platform is being designed to support future AI-powered analysis. By establishing a reliable data foundation and connecting donor, preservation and recipient information with follow-up outcomes, OPERA aims to enable the development and validation of models that could support organ suitability assessment and transplant outcome prediction.
