QMRI Tech S.r.l. is an Italian biomedical imaging company specialised in quantitative magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), advanced medical image analysis and imaging solutions for clinical research.

The company also operates as an imaging core lab, supporting clinical and research studies through centralised image analysis, quantitative MRI assessment, image-quality control, statistical analysis, protocol harmonisation and scientific-operational support. QMRI Tech combines medical-physics expertise, quantitative imaging methods and software-based analysis to provide reproducible imaging endpoints for multicentre studies and industry-sponsored research.

QMRI Tech is currently advancing DeepQ-DCE, a proprietary quantitative ultrafast Dynamic Contrast-Enhanced MRI (DCE-MRI) approach initially focused on prostate imaging. DeepQ-DCE combines ultrafast acquisition, advanced pharmacokinetic modelling and physics-based deep learning to generate reproducible quantitative biomarkers, parametric maps and lesion- and patient-level summaries.

The technology is currently at a pre-commercial validation stage. An initial pilot study in 24 patients with PI-RADS ≥3 lesions undergoing biopsy showed a significant association between DeepQ-DCE biomarkers and biopsy outcome, supporting further prospective multicentre validation.

QMRI Tech is interested in collaborations with hospitals, imaging centres, universities, clinical research organisations, diagnostic networks, medical-imaging and software companies, industrial partners and investors for imaging core-lab services, multicentre clinical studies, quantitative image analysis, clinical validation, technology development, software integration, technology transfer and future commercialisation.
