Takis’ custom monoclonal antibody platform utilizes DNA electroporation to immunize animals and hybridoma technology to generate the desired mouse monoclonal antibodies:

• There is no need for antigen synthesis or expression.

• Appropriate molecular engineering techniques are applied, including codon optimization, the use of a secretory leader sequence, and fusion with immunoenhancing moieties.
