Super-resolution applied to medical imaging
CEO at Project Consulting
Roma, Italy
About
The project is based on a proprietary patent designed to improve the spatial resolution of images acquired by diagnostic imaging devices, such as CT scanners, MRI machines, or other clinical imaging equipment. Fine-tuning the solution requires a dataset of real diagnostic images—covering the same anatomical region—sourced from equipment made by different manufacturers. Given the large volume of data needed (approximately 1,000 diagnostic exams) for this phase of the project, collaboration among multiple healthcare facilities is essential to pool diagnostic exams performed over recent months or years.
